Paleo Balsamic Salad Dressing, A Simple Vinaigrette Recipe

Another simple recipe for salad dressing that is sure to please! Everyone should have a great Balsamic salad dressing recipe. I think it is absolutely a staple. I hope you enjoy this one, straight from our Paleo Kitchen!

Paleo Balsamic Salad Dressing

1 Tbsp Dijon or Spicy Mustard

1 tsp Honey (raw)

1 tsp Lemon Juice

4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1 pinch Sea Salt

1 pinch Black Pepper

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Optional: 1 tsp Chipotle Hot Sauce

*Optional: Bacon grease left over after cooking bacon (I do this, but it isn’t imperative)

Whisk the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl or the Bullet. Then slowly whisk in the olive oil (to emulsify – though I can’t see a huge difference than putting everything in a Bullet and pushing the go button).

*Here’s the ‘optional’ part. I like this dressing warm and I like bacon on my salads (which I’m sure you can tell). So what I do is I cook the bacon for my salad, remove the bacon from the pan, but leave the grease. Then I pour this dressing into the warm pan and stir until incorporated. I really think you’ll like it if you try it. I know Angel does!

Serve this salad with our Paleo Cobb Salad for a big hit!
