I love this Paleo Boneless Pork Ribs recipe for those get-togethers when you need to cook for a lot of people, even if grilling isn’t an option. Of course, we love our barbecue sauces, so we’ll recommend those, but you could eat them with just a little Paleo Adobo Seasoning too!
Three is the magic number of the day! I’m on F.I.R.E! We really like these boneless pork ribs, they’re just simple and they taste good. Plus, they are separated, so we don’t have to worry about bones or anything, when we’re in a hurry. Plus, who doesn’t like barbeque?? Yea, I don’t know of anyone either.
Paleo Boneless Pork Ribs
2 lbs Boneless Pork Ribs
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or a grill to high heat.
First, dust the pork ribs with Paleo Adobo Seasoning lightly. We want to cover all edges, but with a very fine layer of seasoning.
Next, make the Paleo Sweet & Tangy Honey BBQ Sauce according our directions (hint, throw everything in a blender!). Combine the meat and half of the sauce and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, flipping once at around the 20-minute mark. I like to note here that I like to use a grill pan or something that the air can get around the meat. If not, it will be fine, but one side can get a little gooey at the end.
If you are grilling, grill each side for about 4-5 minutes. We are assuming that they are individual ribs, as they are boneless.
*If you have a slat of ribs, then cook for 4 minutes each side (to seal in the juices), then turn the heat down to low on one side of the grill and cook for another 30 minutes total, flipping every 10 minutes.
