Paleo Caribbean Jerk Sauce, A Jamaican Jerk Sauce

This Paleo Caribbean Jerk Sauce is inspired by a chicken wings sauce at Hurricane Grill & Wings. It has a smoky, bold flavor that I really enjoy. And who doesn’t love wings? I’d definitely grill these if I had my choice, but you can bake them too.

YAY for Sundays! We had a big brunch with our Paleo Pancakes and later, we’ll grill it up! This is just a great time of year. Football season is kicking in and I couldn’t be more excited! It makes me think of game-time foods that I love like wings, chilidogs, fries, and pizza. So we are going to try to think of some great foods and appetizers that will wow your friends and family for those game-day get-togethers!
