Paleo Hoisin Salad Dressing, An Asian Dressing

This Paleo Hoisin Salad Dressing is made with creamy almond butter, coconut aminos, coconut vinegar, sesame oil and chili peppers. If you don’t like spicy food, start small on the chili peppers by removing the seeds and veins, then add them back in until you’re satisfied. The recipe below is not spicy, but you can taste a very mild flavor of sweet spicy peppers.

Finally, a weekend where the weather was nice and we didn’t have a million things to do! We’d been neglecting our poor baby Chance, who hasn’t been to the beach in weeks, so we took him on a couple of very long walks and for a quick swim in the ocean. Its amazing how sweety-sweet he gets when you run his little booty off! It was well worth it, even though we didn’t really get much work done.

Recipe: Paleo Hoisin Salad Dressing

  • ¼ cup creamy Almond Butter
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • ½ Tbsp Coconut Vinegar
  • 1 tsp raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Bird’s Eye Chili Peppers
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • Optional: Water

  1. This one is really easy. Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. If you like your salad dressing a little thinner, just add a little water until you reach the desired consistency.
