This Paleo Oven Baked Bacon recipe is perfect for serving a group. Have a big family? Cooking for a lot of people? Just don’t have time to watch bacon on the stove? Well fret no more! This bacon recipe is perfect – just pop it in the oven and walk away! I also like it for sandwiches because it stays so flat.

Nitrite and nitrate free, uncured Bacon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread out one layer of bacon onto an ungreased baking sheet with a lip (so the grease does not overflow).
Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy, but not burnt (mine is usually around 15).
If you are in a hurry, you can heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 10-15 minutes.
This recipe is great for when you want bacon to be flat – like for sandwich or garnish. It’s also great for when you are running late and need to get ready yourself!
