Paleo Power Smoothie, A Vegetable Replacement Breakfast

This recipe for Paleo Power Smoothie is made with fresh strawberries, banana, blueberries, and cucumber with kale and fresh ginger; that will pack your morning with vitamins, minerals and energy! This smoothie has some great antioxidants and energy fruits, as well as greens – which are always good for you. If you don’t have pineapple juice, you can use orange juice or water and if you like thinner smoothies, just add a little more. This is a great vegetable replacement drink, for those of you that hate to eat your vital nutrients!

So Angel is getting ready for One Spark in April with his new app Aurora. It’s a great local music app that highlights local artists, but in a really unique way…geolocation based on artist’s preference! Check it out, its on Facebook Here. At any rate, between that and Rostr (also on Facebook Here), he’s been keeping busy at work. I have been working on a big Paleo project that we’re hoping to finalize in the next coming days, so we’ll apologize if we’ve been a little slacking on the new recipes. Rebuilding the old ones and taking new images and making sure they don’t suck takes a lot of time!
