Paleo Sesame Poke Sauce, A Sauce for Tuna Sashimi

This Paleo Sesame Poke Sauce is made with coconut aminos (which tastes soy sauce), sesame oil, coconut vinegar, garlic, honey to sweeten, chili peppers and fresh ginger. It has a slight kick to it (as a lot of our foods do), so if you don’t like spice, leave out the chili peppers. If you like more spice, I’d add 5 total. I like a little snap, which is why I like 4 – it contrasts nicely with the cold fish (if you use it in our Paleo Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl) and really pairs perfectly. Hope you enjoy!

I am very excited today because it is our very first Crossfit class! Turns out, we have neighbors that run a gym down the street from where we live. Angel tried it the other day and really loved it, so we’re both going to start going. I’m excited because Angel is not generally enthusiastic about working out, but he really liked this class. I’m hoping it’s as good as he makes it out to be!
