Paleo Taco Salad, A Mexican Entrée

This Paleo Taco Salad is made with fresh, grass fed beef and a mix of our own Paleo Taco Seasoning and fresh Palso Salsa. It would be really good as a wrap too, if you’d rather. The flavors are mildly spicy and the grass fed beef is tender and lean. You can use our Paleo Jalapeño Salsa or Paleo Red Salsa if you want something a little sweeter.

Recipe: Paleo Taco Salad



  • Cook the meat over medium-high (~6) heat. When the beef is no longer, drain the grease and place the meat back on the range. Then add the water and the Paleo Taco Seasoning and stir, cooking uncovered, until the meat and spices are mixed through.
  • Now we layer lettuce, beef, avocado, tomatoes, Paleo Jalapeño Salsa and cilantro. Enjoy!
