I like sauces. Angel says that they are my specialty. I think that they just so versatile and can really change the entire dynamic of the dish. I know that if you eat too much, they add calories, but if you do it up the Paleo way, you need a little fat anyway!
So here is my take on an Avocado Dressing. It really goes great as a dressing or as a dip for vegetables (I like carrots). I hope you like it!
Paleo Avocado Dressing
2 Tbsp Paleo Mayo
1 tsp Coconut Vinegar (or White Vinegar if you use it)
1 tsp Onion (I use dried flakes over fresh actually)
1/8 tsp Dill (comes out to a small pinch)
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
