This frosting is great. It spreads easily and hardens enough to travel, but never gets really hard. I even like it as topping for ice cream or for covering strawberries!
Chocolate Frosting
½ cup Coconut Oil
¼ cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¾ cup Cocoa Powder
4 Tbsp Coconut Milk
pinch Sea Salt
Mix everything together except the sea salt in a blender until the ingredients are smooth and incorporated. We like to spoon the frosting into a bag or cake decorator.
Spread it over or decorate your chocolate cake and sprinkle with a little sea salt.
It’s really a great combination of sweet and salty…Trust us, we promise!
