So Angel has been asked to speak to UNF tonight on the topic of Social Media. His portion will be on LinkedIn. I think he’s very excited about it and so am I. I’m looking forward to hearing him talk and I really hope he does well…which I know he will. I think it makes me just as nervous!
With everything that will be going on after work, I am going to be sharing a quick and easy recipe with you today, as we’re going to need something quick and easy!
Grilled Paleo Chicken Tenders
2 lbs Chicken Tenders (or desired amount)
1-2 Tbsp Adobo Seasoning (an all purpose seasoning for meats) or enough to coat chicken lightly
Sea Salt and Pepper (to Taste)
Coconut Oil Spray
Coat the chicken in adobo, sea salt and pepper.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Spray with grill with coconut oil spray.
Grill chicken tenders until desired degree of done (about 5-8 minutes on each side depending on the size).
This recipe is really easy and great for kids. Our Grilled Chicken Tenders are juicy and go great on Salads, served with our Sweet Potato Fries, and eaten plain with our Honey Mustard Dressing. Enjoy!
