I came up with this recipe for salad dressing quite some time ago. I’m not sure it is really a ‘french’ dressing, as I have since made it my own, but its a pretty darn good dressing. This is Angel’s favorite salad dressing concoction of mine. And I do a lot of salad dressings…
French Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar
1 Tbsp Coconut Crystals
¼ cup Ketchup
1 small Garlic clove
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
1 Bacon Strip (+ fat)
Dice and cook the bacon. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
This recipe can easily be made Vegan, just omit the bacon!
Serve over our Shrimp and Bacon Salad!
