Paleo Hawaiian BBQ Sauce, A Perfect Dressing for Pork

Thinking of something special to make for Dad this year?? How about a fail-safe dinner with all the bells and whistles? Everyone loves a good grill out and nothing brings family together like good food!

This recipe is sweet from the pineapple, but has a little tangy flare to it. It complements our Pork Tenderloin perfectly. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Paleo Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

1 Tbsp Stoneground Mustard

2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos or Wheat-free Tamari (if you don’t mind a little soy)

½ cup Ketchup

¼ cup Pineapple (+2 Tbsp Pineapple Juice if you have it)

¼ small Red Onion

1 Tbsp White Vinegar (or Coconut Vinegar + 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice)

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Coconut Crystals or Raw Sugar (if you do sugar)

3 Arbol Chili Peppers

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ tsp Ground Ginger

Sea Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Take all ingredients and blend them thoroughly in a Bullet. No heating necessary! Just blend and baste.

To make the most fantastic Dad’s Day Dinner ever, slather on our Pork Tenderloin or Chicken Wings and pair with our Cobb Salad or our Creamy Coleslaw!
