This recipe is sweet from the pineapple, but has a little tangy flare to it. It complements our Pork Tenderloin perfectly. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Paleo Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
1 Tbsp Stoneground Mustard
2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos or Wheat-free Tamari (if you don’t mind a little soy)
½ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Pineapple (+2 Tbsp Pineapple Juice if you have it)
¼ small Red Onion
1 Tbsp White Vinegar (or Coconut Vinegar + 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Crystals or Raw Sugar (if you do sugar)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp Ground Ginger
Sea Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Take all ingredients and blend them thoroughly in a Bullet. No heating necessary! Just blend and baste.
