We’ve been getting a lot of requests for an easy Adobo recipe, as we use it in a lot of our recipes. So I pulled out my measuring spoons and decided to finally just put it on paper. We really love this stuff and put it on a lot of our meats. I hope that you enjoy it!
1 ½ Tbsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Turmeric
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until evenly distributed. You can use a pestle and mortar as well.
Try this in almost any of our meats, like our Skirt Steak!
