Paleo Avocado Dressing, A Southwestern Condiment

This Paleo Avocado Dressing is great on Mexican and Southwestern food like our Paleo Southwestern Chicken Wraps. You can also use it as a dip for fresh-cut vegetables for parties or just as a snack! It takes no effort to make this dressing and the tangy flavor really compliments spices like cayenne and cumin.

I like sauces. Angel says that they are my specialty. I think that they just so versatile and can really change the entire dynamic of the dish. I know that if you eat too much, they add calories, but if you do it up the Paleo way, you need a little fat anyway!

Paleo Avocado Dressing

2 Tbsp Paleo Mayo

1 tsp Coconut Vinegar

1 Hass Avocado

1 tsp dried Onion Flakes

1/8 tsp fresh Dill

1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Put the paleo mayo, coconut vinegar, avocado, onion flakes, dill, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a Bullet or blender and blend until well incorporated. I like to store this in the refrigerator until I’m ready to use it…like sour cream.

Makes ~1 cup

Serve on our Paleo Southwestern Chicken Wraps!
