I’m a little sad today because tomorrow, Angel is going out of town until Sunday to go to a bachelor party with some friends in Las Vegas. I’m sure he’ll have a great time, I just don’t know what I’ll do with myself! Probably a lot of cooking…which is usually what I do when he’s not home…hence, this site.
Anyway, I like this recipe. It’s fun and different and sweet and I LOVE the texture of the crispy shrimp. They turn out crispy if you put them in the oven too, always a benefit for those of you that are doing Paleo route for the weight loss. Hope you enjoy!
Bang Bang Shrimp
2 Green Onions
Shredded Cabbage
Sauce:
¼ cup Paleo Mayo
4 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tsp Coconut Vinegar
After you fry the shrimp and drain it on a paper towel, toss the shrimp in the sauce until adequately covered.
Chop the green onions. Lay down a layer of shredded cabbage, then the shrimp, then top with the green onions and serve!
