If you’ve ever been to Bonefish Grill, you’ll know that the only good recipe is the bang bang shrimp…which you never have to miss again because I’ve made a better, Paleo Bang Bang Shrimp that you’re going to love. And never look back! This recipe does take a minute, so you won’t want to do it if you don’t have some time on your hands, but it is totally worth it. The shrimp is super crispy and the sauce is sweet, but tangy.
I’m a little sad today because tomorrow, Angel is going out of town until Sunday to go to a bachelor party with some friends in Las Vegas. I’m sure he’ll have a great time, I just don’t know what I’ll do with myself! Probably a lot of cooking…which is usually what I do when he’s not home…hence, this site.
Paleo Bang Bang Shrimp
4 Green Onions
4 cups Shredded Cabbage
For the sauce:
½ cup Paleo Mayo
1/3 cup Paleo Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tsp Coconut Vinegar
If you fry the shrimp, drain it on a paper towel. If you used the oven, those are good to go, just toss them in the sauce until adequately covered.
Chop the green onions. Lay down a layer of shredded cabbage, then the shrimp, then top with the green onions and serve!
