Three is the magic number of the day! I’m on F.I.R.E! We really like these boneless pork ribs, they’re just simple and they taste good. Plus, they are separated, so we don’t have to worry about bones or anything, when we’re in a hurry. Plus, who doesn’t like barbeque?? Yea, I don’t know of anyone either.
Don’t forget, we have a lot of different BBQ sauce choices, all no-cook, simple recipes that won’t break the bank, or take up too much time! All you need is a blender or food processor and you’re good to go!
Boneless Pork Ribs
2 lbs Pork Ribs (we used boneless for this recipe)
BBQ Sauce of Choice – I like our new Ginger Garlic BBQ Sauce!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or a grill to high heat.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. NOTE: You can use less adobo and sea salt if you like – you just need enough for dusting the meat on all sides.
Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, flipping once at around the 20-minute mark.
If you are grilling, grill each side for about 4-5 minutes. We are assuming that they are individual ribs.
*If you have a slat of ribs, then cook for 4 minutes each side (to seal in the juices), then turn the heat down to low on one side of the grill and cook for another 30 minutes total, flipping every 10 minutes.
