Paleo Chili Seasoning, A Basic Seasoning for Soup or Meat

I’ve been meaning to get this one on the website for a while. Time just seems to fly! At any rate, I’m really glad that it’s the weekend. I know that sounds silly, as we just went out of town for a concert, but sometimes it seems that the short weeks are really the longest!

So our Paleo Chili Seasoning is another one of those things you can make ahead of time and use when you just want to get some food on the burner. I think its best with our Chili recipe,  but you can use it for any meat really, your choice!

Recipe: Paleo Chili Seasoning

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (if you don’t like spicy, leave this out)
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Flakes
  • 2 ½ tsp Coarse Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients together.
