Paleo Chili Seasoning, A Chili Soup Seasoning

Our Paleo Chili Seasoning is made with coconut flour, red pepper and onion flakes, cumin, coriander, garlic powder and basil. It is another one of those things you can make ahead of time and use when you just want to get some food on the burner quickly. I think its best with one of our Paleo Chili recipes, but you can use it for any meat really, your choice! Quick note, if you don’t like spicy, leave out the red pepper flakes…they don’t make it too hot, but if you’re not into spicy at all, you may want to reconsider.

I’ve been meaning to get this one on the website for a while. Time just seems to fly! At any rate, I’m really glad that it’s the weekend. I know that sounds silly, as we just went out of town for a concert, but sometimes it seems that the short weeks are really the longest! I love my work, but feel that there is never enough time to work on my passion!

Recipe: Paleo Chili Seasoning

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp toasted Onion Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp ground Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp ground Cumin
  • 2 ½ tsp Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp dried Basil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients today and mix until incorporated.
  • This recipe is Vegan!
