Paleo Honey Mustard Salad Dressing, A Creamy Condiment

Everyone needs a great Paleo Honey Mustard Salad Dressing! It is one of our standards in the Ayala household. It really is simple to make, especially if you have a Bullet or handheld blender to quickly emulsify the dressing. We especially like this salad dressing with our Paleo Cobb Salad or Paleo Summer Salad!

Can I just say, for just one second, how much I hate when people just copy and paste recipes? Did you try them? Or did you just copy and paste them with no regards to the chef at all? This has not happened to me (that I know of), but I see it a lot on the web. I think that experimentation is key to living a foodie-satisfied Paleo lifestyle. We personally do this all of the time – it keeps your taste buds guessing! So please, at least try the recipes first, then if you like them, cite them.

Paleo Honey Mustard Dressing

½ cup Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar

2 Tbsp raw Honey

3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

¼ tsp Garlic Powder

1 small Garlic Clove

1 Tbsp Paleo Mayo

Coarse Sea Salt and White Pepper (to taste ~1/8 tsp each)

Blend all ingredients together.

This salad dressing is great on our Paleo Shrimp and Bacon Salad (instead of Paleo French Dressing), Paleo Cobb Salad or Paleo Coconut Shrimp (see our Book!)
