Paleo House Salad
1 Hothouse Cucumber
½ head Iceberg Lettuce
1 grated Carrot
Optional: Tomato slices, White Button Mushrooms, or Red Onion
Cut all vegetables, toss with our Paleo Japanese Ginger Dressing and serve!
