This recipe is actually less of a recipe and more of an instructional on how to cook bacon in the oven – which is always good to know! Use the lower number if you like your bacon a little chewy and the higher number if you like it crispy. Enjoy!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread out one layer of bacon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
If you are in a hurry, you can heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 10-15 minutes.
This recipe is great for when you want bacon to be flat – like for sandwich or garnish. It’s also great for when you are running late and need to get ready yourself!
