Paleo Remoulade Sauce, A Condiment for Seafood

I make this Paleo Remoulade Sauce usually after I make our Paleo Bang Bang Shrimp or other recipe that uses our Paleo Sweet Chili Sauce. That way, I don’t have to make it from scratch the day I want to eat Paleo Crab Cakes. This sauce is really nice on any seafood – it has a smoky, but sweet flavor with a little zing at the end. I always like when my taste buds are surprised!

For the first time in a long time, I feel really excited about exercise. I used to work out all the time, but I met and fell in love with Angel, let everything go for a while and now its hard to get back in the swing of things. I used to do workout by running and exercising in my house, but that isn’t working and I think it is time for a change! We just started Crossfit and it really is invigorating. I actually can’t wait to go back! Very sore. Very Very sore. Very tired muscles. Like, my legs don’t want to hold my bodyweight. But awesome. I also like that they switch up the routines, it really keeps you guessing about what you’ll do next. I urge you all to look into it. Its intense, but great. As long as you don’t get crazy with it…Remember that your body has its limitations and work within those, or you may get hurt.

Paleo Remoulade Sauce

¼ cup Paleo Mayo

1 Tbsp Paleo Sweet Chili Sauce

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

½ tsp Coarse Sea Salt

¼ tsp Paleo Creole Seasoning

*Optional: pinch Saffron (we do this, yum!)

Mix all ingredients together.

Serve alongside our Paleo Crab Cakes or Paleo Fried Green Tomatoes!!
