There’s nothing better than a really well cooked meat and fresh vegetables. And what goes better together than skirt steak and salsa?? This light dinner idea is hovering around 300-400 calories a serving…so go nuts!
Steak & Salsa Wrap
1 tsp Sea Salt
Juice of ½ Lime
1 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar (or White Vinegar if you use it)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Romaine or Leafy Lettuce (for wraps)
Take a lettuce leaf, layer it with skirt steak.
Chop the tomato and avocado into a bowl. Combine all additional ingredients and top the skirt steak with the salsa.
