Paleo Steak & Salsa Wrap, A Healthy Lettuce Wrap

This Paleo Steak & Salsa Wrap recipe is perfect for lunch on the go or for a dinner on the patio with Paleo Margaritas! We love Mexican/Southwestern-style food, so stay tuned for more recipes. NOTE: be sure to let the skirt steak sit for a minute before cutting it into strips. I know its tempting to slice them up and have a taste, but if you wait, the meat will be juicy and tender.

Tomorrow, we’re going to see Mission Impossible and work on our website. Angel really like Tom Cruise, so I hope it doesn’t disappoint! Anyway, if you experience any technical issues due to the site construction, you can always email us if you need recipes and can’t get to them ;)
