Paleo Asian-Inspired Slaw
½ tsp Chili Flakes
1 Garlic Clove
¼ cup White Vinegar (or Coconut Vinegar + 1 tsp Lemon Juice)
1 tsp Sugar (raw) or Coconut Crystals (if you’re off the sugar ;)
1 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
2 tsp Olive Oil
16 ounces Coleslaw mix (I use napa cabbage and broccoli and carrots and daikon, shredded)
3 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar (raw)
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ cup shredded Cucumber
3 Green Onions
Add the first 6 ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Add the coleslaw mix, 3 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar and sea salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Just before serving, combine the two.
