Paleo Simple Honey Mustard Dressing, A Thick, Creamy Salad Dressing

There are some days when I think about our decision to go Paleo and I think ‘Thank God we did that’. I don’t know if you heard, but there was an outbreak of E.Coli in hamburger meat that went out to A LOT of chains including Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Kroger, etc. Of course, this is for their “USDA approved” beef…not Paleo approved. At any rate, this salad dressing recipe is for when you want something quick without a lot of ingredients. I actually made it to go with our Summer Salad, but it can easily be used for any of our delicious salads.

Paleo Simple Honey Mustard Dressing

1/6 cup Walnut Oil

1/6 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard

2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar (or Coconut Vinegar if you don’t do Vinegar)

1 ½ Tbsp Honey (or more if you like it really sweet)

I know what you are thinking…what kind of measurements are those?! But really its simple. Get a 1/3 cup, fill it halfway with walnut oil and the rest of the way with olive oil. Voila! Put these ingredients along with the rest into a Bullet and go to town!

Serve over our Summer Salad for a light, crisp meal.
