This dipping sauce really goes great with anything…shrimp…pork…beef…vegetables. It’s a little spicy and a little sweet. Hope you enjoy it.
Spicy Thai Dipping Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Coconut Aminos (or Wheat-free Tamari if you eat soy)
1 Tbsp Chicken Stock (optional, but we do this)
1 Tbsp Water
½ tsp Coconut Vinegar
1 Garlic clove
1 tsp Green Onion
1 tsp Ginger
3 dried Arbol Chili Peppers (omit if you don’t like spicy)
Blend all ingredients together before cooking your entrée so that the ingredients can marinate. We use the Bullet for quick and easy blending, but you can just combine and let sit if not convenient.
